POSSESSING an automobile in a congested city like San Francisco or New York can mean more hassle than well-being, what with garages that are high-priced, limited road parking and traffic snarls.
But Curtis Rogers has figured out a means to turn those costs that were psychic into a supply of gain.

Running in 10 cities in America, Getaround has signed up about 3,000 automobile owners.
